All I can say is that I am financially set right now. I needed to refinance my house desperately but I wasn’t able to get a loan because my income wasn’t enough to qualify so I also gave them my husbands information but his credit was too low and the bank said I didn’t have the credit to get approved through another program on my own. I finally saved up enough money, I thought, to purchase my own house. When it came down to finding a bank to finance the rest, I didn’t have enough money to put a down payment on the house and pay for my closing costs. I came across a loan representative who worked for Neufville Mortgage and he said he can get me a bank that would give 100% financing and then I can use my down payment money towards my closing cost. I didn’t believe it at first but when I got my purchase commitment in the mail from the bank, the finance amount was the same as the amount of the house, I was shocked.
